Forrest Burke is the President of Public Sector, Labor & Trust of UnitedHealthcare. Previously, Forrest was General Counsel of UnitedHealthcare from January 2005 – March 2008.
Prior to UnitedHealth Group, Forrest worked for Dorsey & Whitney LLP where he was a partner, member of the firm’s Management Committee, and Chair of the Health Practices Group. Forrest joined the firm in 1987 after receiving his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School. He was judicial clerk to the Honorable Jay C. Waldman in the United States District Court for the District of Pennsylvania.

In addition to his Law Degree, Forrest received his BA in English from Colgate University in New York.
